Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead FF&E activities for non-complex projects, ensuring deliverables meet client, authority, and architectural standards.
  • •Develop FF&E sketches, create paint/fabric samples and color palettes, and design furnishings, artwork, accessories, and internal signage packages.
  • •Estimate material requirements and costs for FF&E options; refine design options into preliminary and detailed designs with required drawings and reports.
  • •Coordinate with other design disciplines and project teams for specifications across materials, finishes, lighting, flooring, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • •Support client/authority review and approvals, assist tender document development with the Quantity Surveying Department, and help during supervision by resolving design conflicts and inspecting interior finishing and furniture arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • •8+ years of interior design industry experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of furniture, fixtures, equipment, architectural/interior finishes, lighting, signage, art, and color schemes.
  • •Proficiency with 3D modeling and design tools including 3D Studio Max, Viz 2006, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in spoken and written English, with Arabic as an advantage.
