Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all aspects of the MMIC development process, including RF/DC topology choices and performance analysis documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • •Minimum of 5 years related experience in MMIC design and/or test.
  • •Experience with Keysight ADS and EM tools such as HFSS and Momentum.
  • •Experience designing GaN, GaAs, and/or CMOS MMICs.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance post-start (U.S. citizenship required).
