Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell VIP tables, bottle service, and reserved chairs in advance and help maintain monthly sales goals.
  • •Be present at each show to up-sell available VIP inventory to concert patrons.
  • •Act as an information resource for VIP clients about their House of Blues experience.
  • •Assist VIP clients with arrival timing and concert timing information.
  • •Coordinate night-of-show operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security; ensure VIP areas are set up and cleared after shows.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations/problem solving.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher/PowerPoint, and Outlook.
