Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory levels for assigned products, business lines, or shipping locations across LATAM and North America to meet internal/external customer requirements and service objectives.
  • •Maintain timely inventory visibility (available, in transit, third-party storage, and special-agreement inventory) and ensure proper follow-up in SAP and related tools.
  • •Coordinate product movements (inbound, outbound, and transfers) and communicate availability impacts, constraints, alternatives, and solutions in a timely manner.
  • •Support annual physical inventories, including preparation, location validation, follow-up, evidence documentation, and variance reconciliation.
  • •Partner with Inventory Accounting for accurate month-end reconciliation and identify root causes for inventory/service/compliance incidents to support problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •Inventory planning and/or inventory management and analysis experience.
  • •Experience coordinating with logistics service providers, manufacturing, planning, and finance/regional teams.
  • •Proficiency using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and analytical tools for inventory and planning activities.
  • •Ability to follow internal controls, reconciliations, process evidence, and physical inventory activities.
