Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, analyze, and control cleanroom environmental parameters (AMC, airborne particles, trace metals) to meet semiconductor fabrication requirements and yield specifications.
  • •Execute ESD qualification and certification for FOAK equipment, process tools, and newly introduced materials aligned with fab-level ESD controls and global reliability standards.
  • •Lead systematic investigations into OOC/OOS contamination or environmental events using root-cause analysis and implement robust CAPA to protect product integrity and wafer yield.
  • •Develop, optimize, and enforce contamination control and environmental monitoring protocols, ensuring fab systems operate within SPC limits and reducing variability across manufacturing modules.
  • •Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, and Facilities teams to address contamination risks, drive cross-module improvements, and support quality/reliability performance and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field relevant to semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Hands-on ability to set up equipment, perform basic tool qualification, and troubleshoot in a semiconductor cleanroom while following fab safety and contamination control protocols.
  • •Use structured, data-driven methods (e.g., SPC, DOE, FMEA, root-cause analysis) to evaluate issues and support corrective actions.
  • •Familiarity with AI-enabled/automation tools (e.g., Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau) to improve efficiency and data visualization.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking, effective communication across levels, and a growth mindset; semiconductor internship/experience is a plus.
