Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical intern and new grad hiring roles across the US.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with candidates, universities, and partnership organizations to identify and engage high-potential talent.
  • •Embed DE&I principles into sourcing, assessment, and interview panel diversity while reducing bias in evaluations.
  • •Train interviewers and coach hiring managers on hiring and mentoring interns and new grads; iterate training content.
