Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage configuration and data management processes to keep technical documentation accurate, current, and properly maintained.
  • •Oversee the compilation, delivery, storage, and upkeep of C-17 TS CDRLs and related contractor records.
  • •Maintain courseware, hardware, software, and visual database baselines using configuration management practices.
  • •Design, deploy, and manage secure cloud and on-prem documentation environments, including IAM/MFA/RBAC and required security controls.
  • •Conduct security activities including audits, risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, vulnerability scanning, and incident response plan development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in Information Technology or configuration/data management environments.
  • •Ability to obtain Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III certification within six months of the probationary period.
  • •Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
  • •Knowledge of secure cloud environments and cybersecurity/compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP is required.
