Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with system compliance and auditing for classified computing environments, supporting adherence to NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, and JSIG policies.
  • •Help develop security plans and deliver information systems security education and awareness.
  • •Investigate information system security violations and prepare reports specifying corrective and preventative actions.
  • •Interface and collaborate with Information System Security Officers (ISSO) and Information Systems Security Managers (ISSM), and coordinate with facility security, program personnel, and government representatives.
  • •Assist with security sustainment activities including hardware/software change management, account management, media protection, user interface, and secure file transfers.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •Must meet DoD SkillBridge eligibility per DoD Instruction 1322.29, including honorable discharge projection and completion of TAP/transition requirements prior to start date.
  • •U.S. citizenship required, with an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start.
  • •Experience with cybersecurity/systems security and compliance-based auditing using Risk Management Framework (RMF), DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), and JSIG/NISPOM.
  • •Experience supporting computer technologies (databases, operating systems, computer network hardware/software) and working with investigations or physical security.
  • •Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location.
