Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and manage import processes, including document verification, system updates of statuses, international freight quotations, and communication with freight forwarders/carriers.
  • •Calculate landed factor and request necessary approvals; provide process information to the Trade & Compliance team for follow-up.
  • •Track import stages and deadlines; coordinate with partner areas (Planning, OF, Sales) and manage import discrepancies with interface teams.
  • •Execute national logistics tasks: send receiving/warehouse allocation checklists, exchange of entry/return/shipping invoices, and handle freight quotations and contracted freight payment workflows.
  • •Manage inventory end-to-end: system stock movements, discrepancy/divergence management, and monitor CIF deliveries, including delivery proof handling during closing periods.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in logistics analysis or supply chain management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office package).
  • •Advanced English skills.
  • •Strong communication, analytical capabilities, and knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
