Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead new dental practices through onboarding, helping them ramp up quickly and effectively.
  • •Deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and in person, tailored to each practice’s learning needs.
  • •Coach on intraoral scanning and digital workflows, providing hands-on guidance during live sessions.
  • •Provide post-launch coaching by monitoring scan quality, giving feedback, and identifying product usage gaps.
  • •Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).
