Job Summary

Drive execution of the Tandem product roadmap, translating well-defined problem spaces into clear product requirements and user stories. Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality user-facing features and underlying platform capabilities for building operators. Lead discovery-to-delivery and iteration, prioritize with impact-driven tradeoffs, define success metrics using quantitative and qualitative signals, and communicate progress and value to stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a strong understanding of Tandem customers and workflows using research, feedback, and data within a defined problem space.
•Own execution of scoped product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration, translating problems into clear requirements and user stories.
•Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features and unblock progress when needed.
•Contribute to prioritization and planning by evaluating tradeoffs, focusing on impactful work, and adapting as new information emerges.
•Define and track success metrics using quantitative and qualitative signals and communicate progress and value to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of product management experience (or equivalent experience working closely with product teams).
•Deliver product features through the full lifecycle: discovery, delivery, and iteration.
•Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage ambiguity within a defined scope.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated use of data and customer insights to inform decisions.
