Job Summary

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable S&OP, S&OE, and materials planning processes across Divisional Planning teams. Own the standards, gap analysis, and continuous improvements that align engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and deployments. Integrate planning tools and analytics platforms, build playbooks and a centralized knowledge repository, and develop the Central Planning team to enable real-time decisioning and risk mitigation worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement scalable, standardized S&OP, S&OE, and materials planning processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
•Establish planning requirements and new use cases, and use data, scorecards, and metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements across divisions.
•Enable integration and adoption of digital tools and analytics platforms in partnership with Planning Systems Leadership to improve accuracy and operational effectiveness.
•Build and lead the planning process team, develop strategy, provide mentorship, and represent planning needs in executive leadership forums.
•Create and maintain planning playbooks and SOPs, build a centralized knowledge repository, and oversee onboarding training materials and stakeholder engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or Bachelors with multiple years and role experience) in planning, supply chain, operations planning, operations finance, or a related field.
•15+ years of direct leadership experience in S&OP, S&OE, Supply Chain, or Materials Planning in a fast-growing industry.
•10+ years leading teams (direct or indirect) that implement complex or large-scale planning systems and practices (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IBP, Kinaxis, Manugistics, Palantir).
•Expertise in planning and inventory systems, including designing, implementing, adopting, and scaling enterprise processes (e.g., Kinaxis, IBP, Manugistics).
•Experience integrating/utilizing AI in a process environment to automate processes, reporting, and presentations to improve planning productivity.
