Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a point of contact for customers with sales and other inquiries, providing a high level of service.
  • •Support the Business Development function within the organization.
  • •Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management.
  • •Register and forward contracts, providing relevant information to key stakeholders.
  • •Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with logistics and production; handle additional Sales Operations administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
  • •Experience providing contract administration and order history management support.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP is an advantage).
  • •Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • •Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages; bachelor’s degree preferred (economics, logistics, or administration).
