Build trusted relationships with customers through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual interactions. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to their goals. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking (including digital/self-service) while delivering accurate, excellent client experiences. Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Complete NMLS registration and related background/credit checks.
