Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all requested repairs (reactive, proactive, and pre-planned) are completed to the required standard and within SLA deadlines.
  • •Manage your own workflow and coordinate with the team when necessary.
  • •Take responsibility for Health & Safety of yourself and property users during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
  • •Undertake out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis to provide 24/7 emergency cover.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous maintenance experience in a related field such as joinery, fitting, plumbing, or painting & decorating.
