Job Summary

Provide Technical Safety expertise to ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes, ADNOC standards, and best practices. Coordinate and monitor Technical Safety activities with EPC contractors and engineering consultants to meet project expectations and timelines. Perform reviews and approvals of deliverables, support multidisciplinary engineering coordination within IPMT and ADNOC interfaces, and contribute to design optimization, equipment selection, and installation through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide expertise in Technical Safety matters and ensure integration within the Technical Safety team (IPMT).
•Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
•Coordinate, monitor, and handle Technical Safety design and engineering activities with EPC contractors within required timeframes.
•Review and approve technical deliverables from engineering consultants and contractors, ensuring quality and compliance.
•Provide technical assistance and coordination during installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, and interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
•Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
•Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
