Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, execute, and measure invitation-only CXO events, including executive summits and roundtables.
  • •Develop and manage a year-round CXO executive community with virtual forums, peer discussions, newsletters, and member resources.
  • •Manage CXO Program digital presence on ExtremeNetworks.com, coordinating executive messaging and event communications across channels.
  • •Collaborate with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics.
  • •Support global program expansion by localizing executive programming and establishing repeatable playbooks and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in executive programs, event marketing, customer marketing, field marketing, or strategic events.
  • •Proven experience managing high-touch executive events and VIP experiences.
  • •Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences, comfortable collaborating across teams.
