Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to DRAM design verification activities supporting verification of pre-silicon block level/full chip designs.
  • •Use AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks to accelerate verification cycle time and improve debug efficiency.
  • •Develop and maintain test cases/stimulus and test benches/test vectors to increase functional coverage and support regressions for coverage analysis.
  • •Simulate, analyze, and debug designs, then apply insights to improve verification across simulation and silicon learning loops.
  • •Collaborate with CAD/EDA and software teams to integrate AI-driven flows into simulation/verification/design sign-off environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with SV and UVM-based design verification.
  • •Strong scripting skills (Perl; Python is a plus).
  • •Test-case/stimulus development experience to improve functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
  • •Ability to simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon block level/full chip designs and improve debug efficiency across simulation and silicon learning loops.
  • •Working knowledge of industry EDA verification/simulation tools and digital/mixed-signal circuit verification.
