Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations of the LNGP warehouse and provide leadership to the warehouse team.
  • •Timely issue and manage required materials to job sites in line with project requirements, coordinating with the Construction Manager and logistics provider.
  • •Arrange in-country material movement from PNG suppliers when required and ensure goods receipts in the procurement system with correct allocation to warehouse locations.
  • •Ensure materials tracking and data integrity in procurement and materials systems while materials are in transit and at the warehouse.
  • •Drive incident-free operations with outstanding customer service and cost competitiveness, including compliance with Wood supply chain procedures and maintaining effective, visible warehouse processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a similar materials/warehouse coordination role.
  • •Strong commitment to personal safety and ability to coordinate risk assessments and JSA’s.
  • •Thorough working knowledge of warehouse management systems and complex warehouse management operations.
  • •Knowledge of logistics and carrier/shipping policies and procedures.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work across the shop floor to senior management levels.
