Leasing Specialist Business Banking Group (Equipment Finance)

Manage end-to-end equipment finance documentation and support the funding process by reviewing and validating transaction documents, invoices, bills of sale, sales orders, and wire instructions. Perform vendor callbacks, generate finance documents for internal and customer use, and coordinate with sales, credit, and operations partners to resolve discrepancies. Work in a queue-based, SLA-driven environment and maintain accurate records in multiple systems of record.
