Provide timely on-site and remote service for Amcor Moda packaging equipment to help Meat and Dairy customers across EMEA achieve optimal performance. Support installation and commissioning, diagnose equipment/material/product interaction issues, and perform preventative maintenance. Deliver customer training, produce clear service reports, and collaborate with the Field Technical Service team and spare parts representatives. Expect frequent travel (up to 70%) and occasional weekend/non-standard hours to support customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely on-site and remote technical support, including hands-on work on production lines.
•Diagnose and resolve equipment, material, and product interaction issues; service Amcor Moda equipment to sustain performance.
•Recommend spare parts as needed and deliver clear service reports with accurate time tracking.
•Support installation and commissioning of Amcor Moda equipment; intensify support during start-up phases.
•Train customers on correct operation and maintenance, and train/mentor other equipment service team members.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering qualification or equivalent experience in electrical and/or mechanical technology.
•3-5 years’ experience in the Meat and Dairy packaging industry, preferably shrink packaging machinery/materials (e.g., rotary vacuum chamber).
•Ability to travel up to 70% across Europe, UK and MEA, with openness to flexible hours including weekends and non-standard working hours.
•Current, preferably clean, driving licence.
•Strong hands-on troubleshooting, communication, and safety mindset, including ability to perform physical maintenance tasks using power tools.
