Job Summary

Establish and oversee the firm’s enterprise risk management framework for broker-dealer regulated activities conducted in or from ADGM. Provide independent oversight of the risk profile, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and managed within the firm’s risk appetite and regulatory obligations. Lead risk governance across operational, market, liquidity, technology, cyber security, outsourcing, conduct, and strategic risks, and report regularly to the Board and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise risk management framework in line with FSRA Rules and regulatory requirements.
•Oversee risk governance for operational, market, liquidity, technology, cyber security, outsourcing, conduct, and strategic risks.
•Monitor the overall risk profile and manage material risks within approved risk appetite and tolerance levels.
•Provide independent risk oversight and challenge across business activities, client onboarding frameworks, trading operations, new products, and strategic initiatives.
•Conduct risk assessments including stress testing, scenario analysis, control effectiveness reviews, and ensure appropriate escalation and remediation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
•Significant experience in risk management within financial services, brokerages, capital markets, banking, fintech, or virtual asset businesses.
•Strong understanding of ADGM regulatory requirements and risk management expectations.
•Experience designing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks and governance structures.
•Experience engaging with regulators, Boards, and senior stakeholders.
