  • •Independently lead one large, complex project or multiple mid-size complex projects, ensuring delivery of value with speed and quality.
  • •Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Proactively manage budgets (weekly burn/velocity, burndown reporting, margin performance, and revenue forecasting) and course-correct when over budget.
  • •Serve as primary client delivery point of contact, communicating status, risks, and deliverables while building strong client relationships.
  • •Lead globally distributed cross-functional teams, mentor junior program managers, and participate in initiatives to mature delivery processes and methods.
