Key Responsibilities

  • •Own, triage, and resolve customer network trouble tickets to successful completion.
  • •Detect, track, and restore customer network connectivity via data circuits and/or equipment.
  • •Remotely troubleshoot and configure WAN equipment including routers, firewalls, switches, and load balancers.
  • •Engage, escalate, and work with carriers and other 3rd parties to support service restoration.
  • •Perform effective ticket management and communicate with customers while adhering to SLAs/SLOs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years of WAN/LAN implementation and support/troubleshooting experience.
  • •Well-versed in TCP/IP and able to troubleshoot issues remotely.
  • •Strong understanding of OSI Model, SD-WAN, Transport, and TCP/IP.
  • •Demonstrable routing troubleshooting experience with BGP, IGRP, RIP, and OSPF.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of NAT, access lists, policy-based mapping, traffic shaping, and priority queuing.
