Key Responsibilities

•Lead the analysis and enablement of new features, connections, products and payment methods.
•Manage the execution of the development roadmap and rollout, coordinating with business, product, technology and external partners.
•Monitor milestones and deliver insights and analyses to support decision making.
•Identify new opportunities and develop business cases for prioritizing and approving new initiatives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or related field.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, product, or strategy roles.
•Strong data handling, analysis and automation skills, preferably with SQL, BI platforms, LLMs and tools like Claude Code or N8N.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with diverse partners.
•Experience or knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Chile, tech companies or high-growth digital ecosystems is desirable.
