Job Summary

Manage, acquire, and deepen Premier customers’ relationships for international wealth and premier banking. Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning and needs-based selling of HSBC retail products, while ensuring correct referrals for mortgage business. Uphold best practices in wealth sales, coordinate referrals to peers, and maintain full compliance with product, sales, and regulatory policies at all times.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, acquire, grow, and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
•Drive revenue and AUM growth expectations through holistic financial planning.
•Ensure a high level of sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs-based selling.
•Refer mortgage business to the Mortgage Arranger (MA).
•Ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing relationships with high net worth clients is preferred.
•A recognized tertiary Diploma or Degree qualification.
•Relevant licence in marketing wealth and investment products such as PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, or IPPC is required.
•Evidence of a strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
•Fluent spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage.
