Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement HCT system-wide strategy and help develop/maintain policies for the faculty/division.
  • •Teach courses aligned to course syllabi and program goals, using educational technology for effective instruction in a second-language environment.
  • •Assess student learning using various assessment tools, update grades in a timely manner, and contribute to question banks/coursework assessments.
  • •Advise and support students (including at-risk action plans), maintain office hours, and mentor students during internships/work placements.
  • •Conduct applied research aligned to faculty interests and support service activities (committees, events) and administrative course management (eCAF/CAR, course management).

Key Requirements

  • •A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, where applicable.
  • •3+ years of teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
  • •3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
  • •Experience developing course curriculum in line with accreditation and international standards.
  • •Experience incorporating educational technology into curriculum and instructional strategies.
