Asset Protection Partner

Safeguard Sephora’s assets and help create a safe, inclusive shopping experience by partnering with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager. You’ll lead safety awareness activities, maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and de-escalate incidents professionally. You’ll also complete audits and reports, ensure compliance with asset protection policies, and support additional locations as needed.
