Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high level customer service on the gym floor and uphold brand standards.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise and engage with members to offer fitness and motivational support.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and unrivalled session delivery to clients.
  • •Complete required certifications and CPD points, keeping knowledge up to date.
  • •Liaise with other departments and promote Fitness First services to maximize gym membership value.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) / equivalent or working towards (enrolled)
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements
  • •Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • •Ability to deliver and document PT sessions and maintain club standards
