Champion HVAC serviceability requirements across the product lifecycle, partnering with Product Growth Teams, quality, manufacturing, and service experts. Drive serviceability design for safe maintenance, support smart service offerings and field upgrades, and provide guidance to technical support and field technicians. Conduct field visits, improve service reliability by analyzing service records and warranty claims, ensure compliance to standards, and lead service specialty tooling programs and field feedback actions.
