Mortgage Loan Originator - Northern California

Originate residential first mortgage loans for outside referrals, owning the process from application through closing. You’ll build and maintain referral relationships, complete loan applications (including Fannie Mae Form 1003), gather documentation, and manage the loan pipeline through closing while producing required management reports. The role also emphasizes risk accountability, compliance with federal lending regulations, timely communication with branches and applicants, and consistent customer-first service.
