Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate and expand relationships with law firms, health plans, pharmacy organizations, and healthcare investors to drive payer/provider reimbursement and damages engagements.
  • •Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for payer/provider disputes, building marketplace visibility through panels, publications, briefings, training, and industry events.
  • •Lead complex payer/provider and managed care disputes, applying expertise to contract, payment/reimbursement, coding, utilization, medical policy, network, and financial damage theories.
  • •Direct large-scale healthcare data analytics workstreams and develop damages models for lost revenue and reimbursement scenarios, translating findings into counsel-ready narratives and demonstratives.
  • •Serve as the accountable executive on multi-workstream matters: scope and price engagements, staff and manage budgets, review work product, and mentor client-facing and future testifying leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, health care operations, health policy, or clinical discipline); advanced degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience across litigation, disputes, forensic/damages, payer/provider reimbursement, managed care, healthcare analytics, or consulting; senior consulting leadership preferred.
  • •Proven business development record with a portable book of relationships and demonstrated ability to generate at least $3M in revenue, with growth toward $3M–$5M+ annually.
  • •Direct experience originating and leading payer/provider commercial disputes and reimbursement/managed care litigation, including claims analytics and damages quantification or expert witness engagements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to direct large project teams analyzing complex healthcare datasets and producing quality-controlled analytic outputs for counsel and triers of fact, including authoring expert reports and testimony experience.
