Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain R-based applications, including interactive ShinyProxy applications, to analyze data and generate reports.
•Collaborate with teams to understand requirements, applying statistical and machine learning techniques, optimizing code, and ensuring quality standards.
•Troubleshoot issues and stay updated with R and ShinyProxy developments.
•Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Work within the Digital Engineering team to deliver data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8 years of experience with R programming, including proficiency in RShiny, and a BE/BTech/MTech degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
•Experience with ggplot2, dplyr, tidyr, SQL, and Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark is essential.
•Knowledge of machine learning, data mining, and version control systems is a plus.
•Strong skills in statistical analysis, data cleaning, transformation, and visualization using ggplot2 and Shiny; experience with relational databases and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
•Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
