Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and maintain supply chain continuity. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and support cross-functional planning while reporting to a senior engineering manager. In this hybrid role based in Monterrey, you will also lead and coordinate productivity-focused events—planning, facilitating training, tracking outcomes, and improving processes using participant feedback and structured review.
