Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to the freight forwarding operations team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • •Oversee branch operations and coordinate import/export processes, customs clearance, documentation, logistics, and transportation.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company safety policies, including audits and operational reviews.
  • •Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch-specific sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • •Create and manage the annual budget and P&L, conduct monthly reviews, and implement action plans to improve EBIT performance and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • •7+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation operations, including strong knowledge of Air and Ocean import/export and customs regulations.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a full-service freight forwarding branch office.
  • •Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • •Proven full P&L ownership and operational budget management, including forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
