Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for the PLM platform (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
  • •Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD).
  • •Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
  • •Improve platform observability and reliability, including leveraging tools like Datadog.
  • •Set engineering standards through architectural guidance and high-quality code contributions while collaborating across teams.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience building products in a fast-paced software engineering environment.
  • •3+ years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter development experience, including ITK (C/C++), BMIDE data modeling/customization, SOA services/handlers, and Active Workspace customization.
  • •Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
  • •Experience with modern development practices: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
  • •Database and data modeling experience (SQL, Oracle or SQL Server) plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
