Job Summary

Drive Canva’s creative performance engine for Italy by owning the full creative cycle—from research and briefing through production, editing, and analysis. Analyze dashboards to identify winners, diagnose underperformance, and design creative tests, lift studies, and attribution experiments with analytics teams. Lead organic and paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, while ensuring UGC localisation and conversion-focused CRO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the creative flywheel end-to-end (research, briefing, production, editing, and analysis) and run sprint cycles with regional and global teams.
•Analyze and optimize performance using dashboards to spot winners, diagnose underperformance, and design creative tests, lift studies, and attribution experiments.
•Own organic and paid social creative strategy for Italian audiences across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
•Brief and review UGC and localisation work to ensure creator content is on-brand, platform-optimized, and culturally aligned.
•Partner with in-house and agency teams and contribute to CRO initiatives to improve acquisition journey conversion.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, especially paid and organic social.
•Deep understanding of platform-native formats and the ability to test, learn, and scale creative.
•Confidence using performance dashboards, data tools, and measurement frameworks (including MMM and attribution).
•Genuine, deep knowledge of the Italian market and fluency in Italian and English.
•Experience briefing and iterating creative in cross-functional sprints.
