Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage US East Coast Product Lines process and system health to support production.
  • •Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance to identify problems, conceive solutions, and improve buy/make/deploy workflows for hardware.
  • •Own the production team enhancement request funnel: categorize, prioritize, track status/approvals, and coordinate implementation with product teams.
