Safeguard Sephora’s assets and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. Partner with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, maintain a strong presence on the selling floor, monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, respond to incidents with de-escalation skills, complete audits and reporting, and adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
