Key Responsibilities

•Lead core product launches for the studio and video creation experience, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution with Product.
•Build the product narrative by developing an overarching story of Synthesia’s studio evolution and capabilities.
•Drive adoption and enablement by creating campaigns, assets, and sales collateral to move customers from awareness to active usage.
•Own competitive positioning and work with CI to differentiate Synthesia’s studio from alternatives.
•Collaborate on product strategy by providing GTM input on launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and roadmap priorities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in the B2B SaaS industry, with 5+ years in product marketing at B2B companies; multi-product experience is a plus.
•Strong writing ability for positioning, messaging, one-pagers, and decks with a clear point of view.
•Deep understanding of the sales cycle and experience building enablement tools that teams actually use.
•Proven track record shipping launches that drive sales velocity, customer adoption, or expansion.
•Ability to move quickly with the product, balancing speed and usefulness to deliver 60-70% solutions that can be refined later.
