Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical architecture of Davies’ communications technology ecosystem and ensure platforms are integrated, optimized, and aligned to business needs.
  • •Serve as technical lead for intranet support and migration, including developing migration roadmaps, implementation plans, and overseeing testing and transition.
  • •Provide technical leadership for governance, optimization, and ongoing development of intranet and employee engagement platforms, including supporting platform structures and content frameworks.
  • •Manage audience and distribution capabilities, including scalable segmentation frameworks, distribution lists, Active Directory integrations, and communications targeting automation.
  • •Support communications systems (email/messaging), troubleshoot issues (Outlook, Poppulo, Teams, shared mailboxes, Mimecast), and deliver analytics and reporting dashboards on platform performance and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years administering enterprise collaboration, communications, or digital workplace platforms.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, and Active Directory.
  • •Experience delivering platform implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
  • •Knowledge of user permissions, governance, taxonomy, and content management frameworks, plus strong troubleshooting and project delivery skills.
