Support fast-paced venue service by performing table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties to HOB standards. Greet and respond to guest inquiries courteously, maintain atmosphere by circulating throughout the shift, and safely transport bus tubs and keep ice bins stocked. Keep floors clean by clearing spills, trash, and recycling properly, and follow operating procedures, private party guidelines, and lost-and-found processes. Occasionally work special events.
