Senior Cost Manager - High End Residential

Lead cost management for high-end residential projects across London, partnering with clients and consultants from early feasibility through tendering, cost plan delivery, and post-contract change control. Prepare procurement and cost estimates, manage tender processes and valuations, and produce monthly cost reports. Support value engineering, negotiate final accounts, improve cost management procedures and templates, and oversee a cost management team while tracking financial management in FMS.
