Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist and lead technicians in a positive, team-oriented manner.
  • •Execute incoming inspections and perform tear down, cleaning, inspection, repair, assembly, and closeout procedures for blade components.
  • •Ensure work complies with customer specifications, FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and applicable documentation (blueprints/RDAS/A.D.s).
  • •Create technical emails/reports and maintain final paper work and quality gates for QA creation of 8130-3.
  • •Support issue visibility and root-cause analysis by speaking up early, resolving problems, and seeking assistance when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of aviation experience; an A&P or Train the Trainer Certificate can substitute for 1 year.
  • •Strong expertise on at least 2 Airbus blade component models and recognized expertise in blade repairs.
  • •Ability to resolve technical issues, including those involving AH/AHD, and work effectively in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Experience with management skills, including the ability to train and foster team members.
