Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and troubleshoot testing failures, documenting in the anomaly database and initiating corrective actions while following established protocols.
  • •Execute targeted development assignments within defined scope and collaborate with teams to close work items efficiently.
  • •Synthesize proven approaches and integrate multiple strategies to solve complex problems in product designs and manufacturing processes.
  • •Develop and implement new product designs and design improvements for instrumentation in the medical device field aligned with customer requirements.
  • •Contribute to the technical development of a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment framework across initiatives to optimize processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical education with a minimum of 4 years of experience
  • •Strong capabilities in troubleshooting, requirements analysis, systems engineering, systems integration, risk management, and continuous improvement
  • •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in areas such as system architecture, system design, or hardware engineering
  • •Familiarity with regulatory requirements, quality systems, simulation tools, and an analytical mindset (CSEP certification is a plus)
  • •CSEP certification is a plus
