•Partner with distributed data teams to build, iterate, and optimize corporate data architecture with reliable data models for company-wide performance metrics.
•Design, build, and maintain production-quality dashboards and scalable data products for real-time monitoring of key operating metrics.
•Develop advanced analytical models to uncover customer and macro trends and map operational opportunities to financial outcomes.
•Synthesize complex data into compelling, structured narratives and actionable insights for executive consumption.
•Lead cross-functional projects to develop datasets, provide documentation/enablement, and maintain analytics integrity through QA and ad-hoc analysis support.

Salary: USD 143,759 - 172,511 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in corporate analytics, financial analytics, data science, or a directly related quantitative field in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
•5+ years of hands-on SQL experience writing complex, efficient queries and building production-ready data models.
•3+ years building production-quality dashboards in tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, or Sisense (Grafana experience is a plus).
•Practical data stack experience including data model development, ETL, and modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake), with dbt familiarity desired.
•Strong executive communication skills translating complex analysis into structured narratives for senior management.
