Key Responsibilities

  • •Support deployment of energy, water, and sustainability initiatives to achieve cost savings and meet targets.
  • •Conduct energy, water, and waste audits, including ASHRAE Level 1–3 audits, and produce detailed reports and action plans.
  • •Build utility consumption baselines, benchmark against industry standards, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead energy and water conservation projects from business case through implementation, including Measurement & Verification of savings.
  • •Perform carbon accounting and audits (Scope 1, 2, and 3), monitor utility/emissions data, and ensure accurate sustainability reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, FM or Sustainability/Environmental/CSR).
  • •Strong knowledge of energy management and extensive experience in sustainability/energy operations.
  • •Preferably certified LEED GA and/or LEED AP.
  • •Preferably CMVP/CEA/CEM/CAP certified.
  • •Experience with data analysis, carbon auditing/emissions and sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, plus familiarity with LEED and green building guidelines.
