Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in the plant Sika SAFE Program and follow all safety policies while maintaining industrial housekeeping.
  • •Operate packaging equipment to ensure area functions conform to process and procedure specifications.
  • •Pull finished product from inventory, assemble orders, select/pack/wrap products, and prepare shipments per policy and customer requests.
  • •Receive inbound materials and transfer to appropriate storage; sample raw materials for QC; perform cycle counts and inventory verification.
  • •Operate forklift to load and unload trucks and transport materials between departments/buildings; guide and train new and temporary employees.

Key Requirements
