Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as FDE, Solutions Engineer, Technical PM, or CSE/Support Engineer.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong software engineering skills, especially Python or JavaScript.
  • •Experience working with AI/LLM systems or complex technical products.
  • •Fluent in both Mandarin and English, and open to traveling across APAC as needed; based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
