Operator (Screen Print Assistant)

Support the lead printer in screen printing production by mixing and preparing inks accurately, using color codes and formulas, and checking viscosity and quality before runs. Set up printing machinery, clean and inspect screens, mount and adjust key components, and prepare materials at the workstation. During production, assist with loading and monitor print quality, then unload and guide products through curing. Maintain a safe, clean workspace and handle chemical waste properly.
