Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently mix inks and manage color accuracy using Pantone (PMS) codes, formulas, and customer requirements.
  • •Check ink viscosity and quality before starting each print run, and maintain ink stock levels and documentation.
  • •Prepare and set up screen printing machinery, including cleaning/degreasing screen frames and mounting screens, squeegees, and floodbars.
  • •Assist with loading/feeding materials, monitor print quality during production, and report deviations or malfunctions promptly.
  • •Clean screens and ink wells after production, maintain a safe organized workspace, and dispose of chemical waste per guidelines.
